Kelly's Lumber processes cancellation of orders provided you give written notice within a 24 hour period and before you have taken possession of your order. The notice can be sent in person, email, fax, or WhatsApp message. Outside of 24 hours, please see our Return Policy page.
When considering cancellation, please note that Kelly's Lumber may charge you any administrative or delivery expenses incurred. Once you have taken possession of your order, cancellation is not possible. Please see our Return Policy.
To avoid any inconvenience, Kelly's Lumber will not charge your card until we have verified that we have the product(s) you have ordered. The checkout process notifies your bank to reserve the total of your order but does not complete the transaction until we have confirmed that we can fulfil your order.
Kelly's Lumber may cancel your order for the following reasons:
Limited or no available quantities in stock.
Error in product or pricing information.
Other problems identified by our stock and/or audit personnel.
Should a cancellation of your order occur based on the reasons mentioned above, we will contact you to explain and offer alternatives. If your order was cancelled due to the reasons above and your credit card has been billed or your bank account has been debited, we will issue a corresponding credit equivalent to the amount that was charged.
'Warranty' covers any manufacturer’s defect which renders the item faulty.
Kelly's will always accept a customer’s merchandise for warranty repairs or replacement within 30 days* of purchase provided that the merchandise:
Is accompanied by the original receipt (no exceptions)
Is complete, with all accessories
Was used only for the manufacturer’s intended purpose
Kelly's reserves the right to send the item to an independent assessor to determine the cause of the fault. If it is determined that the fault has been caused by the customer, then the customer will be liable for the cost of assessment and any subsequent repairs.
When a manufacturer’s defect is confirmed, Kelly’s may choose, at their discretion, to:
Have the product repaired, or
Replace the defective part, or
Replace the complete item, or
Refund the full purchase price (All refunds will be in the form of original payment.)
*Your receipt may indicate additional specific warranty criteria.
