Kelly's Return Policy
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase from Kelly’s Lumber.
Kelly’s Lumber will always* accept items for return or exchange within 60 days, for the full purchase price, provided the merchandise is:
Accompanied by an original receipt
Clean & in original saleable condition
In original undamaged packaging
Complete with all accessories
Note: Refund will be in the form of original payment
Exceptions: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Clearance merchandise
Cut and measured items
Customized/personalized items
Special orders
Tinted paint/primer
The following items have a 30 day return period:
Air Conditioners
Electronics
Furniture
Gasoline/Diesel powered equipment
Warranty Policy
'Warranty' covers any manufacturer's defect which renders the item faulty.
Kelly's Lumber will always accept a customer's merchandise for warranty repairs or replacement within 30* days of purchase, provided that the merchandise:
is accompanied by the original receipt (no exceptions)
is complete, with all accessories
was used only for the manufacturer's intended purpose
Kelly's Lumber reserves the right to send the item to an independent assessor to determine the cause of the fault. If it is determined that the fault has been caused by the customer or their agent, then the customer will be liable for the cost of the assessment and any subsequent repairs.
When a manufacturer's defect is confirmed, Kelly's Lumber may choose, at their discretion to:
have the product repaired, or
replace the defective part, or
replace the complete item, or
refund the full purchase price (all refunds will be in the form of the original payment)
There is a 1 year warranty on vehicle batteries.
*Your receipt may indicate additional specific warranty criteria.
